Job Description:
As an Animal Operations Facilitator at Mars, you will drive operational excellence in one or more animal care facilities, ensuring high standards of welfare, efficiency, and data quality. This role focuses on team leadership without direct reports, identifying continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, optimize resources, and improve workflows. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and oversee key operations to enhance team, facilities and performance.
Location: Waltham Petcare Science Institute, full-time of site
Working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and performing as a senior site supervisor for 12 weekends a year & up to 3 bank holidays.
Salary: £33,000 - 37,500, annual bonus, benefits

Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, lead without authority and influence stakeholders.
Strong drive for results, communication and problem-solving skills.

Supervise a team of approximately 25 associates and 5 contractors, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
