In this position, you will be part of the Record to Report team, playing a fundamental role in ensuring our financial data is accurate and timely. You will operate in a collaborative and learning-oriented environment, where you will have the autonomy to support period-close activities, perform account reconciliations, and grow along with our business.
What are we looking for?
Essential Requirements (What is indispensable to start):
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Requirements (These will be considered differentiators, but you can learn with us):
Experience in a Record-to-Report or General Accounting role.
Familiarity with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Collaborate actively with finance teams to execute accounting closing activities according to established timelines.
Support the integrity of our financial statements by preparing balance sheet account reconciliations and following up on open items.
Prepare standard journal entries and ensure all supporting documentation is in place for assigned accounting processes.
Analyze accounting discrepancies, bringing new ideas and innovative solutions to optimize workflows.
