Working Student Customer Experience

Are you looking to gain valuable experience in a global organization while combining work with your studies? We are looking for a Working Student – Customer Experience to join our team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will support the Customer Experience team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day activities and excellent service for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their professional career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain exposure to an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team.

• Maintain and update records, documents, and internal systems.

• Assist with data entry, reporting, and process-related activities.

• Support the coordination of customer-related requests and internal communications.

• Help ensure that daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and administrative activities.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university program.

• Availability to work 20 hours per week.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Eagerness to learn and develop in a customer-focused environment.
