Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the daily work arrangement of the warehouse, supervise the staff of each team to operate in accordance with SOP, continuously optimize the standardized operations of all warehouse positions, and improve work efficiency. Be responsible for the planning and progress tracking of warehouse work, arrange human resources reasonably, and conduct effective on-site supervision. Manage and supervise on-site 5S implementation, conduct staff discipline reviews, and consistently enforce the standards for a visualized warehouse. Monitor and ensure the safety of personnel and goods in the operation area, supervise the usage of equipment in the warehouse; any potential safety hazards must be immediately rectified, with corresponding corrective actions and training implemented. Maintain good interaction with staff, promptly understand their opinions, and listen to diverse feedback. Be responsible for on-site staff training, formulate relevant training plans, and continuously improve the professional competence of the team. Coordinate communication with other departments and complete other tasks assigned by the Area Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Strong team leadership skills. An optimistic and rigorous work attitude, coupled with excellent organizational and coordination capabilities. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Proficiency in computer operation and office automation software, with solid data analysis capabilities. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing and logistics.
