🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Complete operational activities by developing schedules, assigning and supervising work, managing resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.

• Act as a liaison between the management team and team leaders, creating strong communication channels that support effective top‑down and bottom‑up information flow.

• Manage daily operations end‑to‑end, from inbound to outbound, ensuring KPI compliance and motivating the team to achieve established goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the productivity of each department on a daily and monthly basis, engaging with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Warehouse Supervisory experience: 1–3 years

• Desirable background in engineering or continuous improvement, and strong analytical skills.

• Intermediate English preferred.

• Experience with WMS and Excel; Power BI is a plus.
