🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound operations in WMS, ensuring accurate inventory handling and efficient workflows.

  • Communicate workload issues, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to stakeholders.

  • Optimize inventory rotation, support order processing (Fill-Rate), and coordinate reconciliation to guarantee on-time deliveries and stock availability.

  • Coordinate inter-warehouse operations (B2B), ensure timely transfers and proper documentation to maintain service levels.

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure inventory integrity by reconciling system data with physical stock and maintaining robust control processes.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations and distribution centers, including inventory management.

  • Proficiency with WMS or ERP systems and MS Office tools.

  • English proficiency: Intermediate – advance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Trade, or Logistics.
