Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Summary:

This role plays a crucial position in ensuring the smooth operation of our assets and resources. This role is responsible for assisting the oversight of maintenance activities, leading a skilled team of technicians, and ensuring that all systems function efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in maintenance management software and tools – CMMS or EAM
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge and experience with conveyance systems – electrical/mechanical
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Interface with operation management at building level.
• Plan and schedule weekly maintenance work activities via SAP EAM or other medium and lead the department.
• Lead team with weekly Safety Meetings
• People management, evaluations, including disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate and conduct spare parts inventory counts, quarterly cycle counts and request PO’s and re-stock spare parts as needed.

Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Pay Range:

$75,000 -$85,000

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
