As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our success by getting introduced to analytical assignments and stakeholder engagement, you will be leading a team of tax specialists and supervising their assignments to contribute with process improvements. You will also have the opportunity to co-relate process to business.

These new locations are designed to enhance our customer experience by being even closer to them, facilitating multi-lingual and scalable talent availability, enable standardization of processes all while supporting our customers’ growing needs.

As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our success by getting introduced to analytical assignments and stakeholder engagement, you will be leading a team of tax specialists and supervising their assignments to contribute with process improvements. You will also have the opportunity to co-relate process to business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and analyze indirect tax returns and various tax support workpapers ensuring tax obligations are up to date in various regions.

• Performs data collection and high-level processing.

• Analyses financial data and risks and effectively communicate it with key stakeholders.

• Analyses tax laws and regulations and prepares technical reports on

• their impact on the organization’s operations.

• Supervise responses to complex information requests.

• Prepares correspondence and provides high quality client facing reports to management, tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants.

• Delivers on concrete defined tasks and provides support to others Supports and coordinate team on ad hoc projects.

We are looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor. Bachelor’s Degree or similar with experience as below: 6 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in one or more of the following fields, in their order of relevance:

• Preparation/ review of Indirect Tax compliance process.

• Providing data/ information for international tax compliance and tax audit support.

• Process management and improvement.

Experience gained in:

• Shared services or Centre of excellence of large MNCs. A combination of big 4 advisory firms with one or more of the above.

• Knowledge about Financial & Accounting systems and processes Experience with ERP systems (preferred SAP) is required and awareness of or experience with tax compliance & reporting technologies and effective process & control operation.

• Willingness to learn new applications and explore smart ways of working.

• Good verbal and written communication skills with different levels of stakeholder, both internal and external.

• B2 English level (Required) Detail orientated, proven commitment to high quality delivery and continuous improvement.

• Flexible, able to work to deadlines and to prioritize effectively. Team player and should be a team-oriented person.
