These new locations are designed to enhance our customer experience by being even closer to them, facilitating multi-lingual and scalable talent availability, enable standardization of processes all while supporting our customers’ growing needs.

What we are looking for:

In this role you ought to be passionate about matching talent to business needs. For you, providing a great candidate experience is non-negotiable, through every step of the recruitment process. Connecting with candidates and different stakeholders gives you energy throughout the day. You are highly independent, enjoy working at a fast pace, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

• Recruitment experience from an international diversified business, in combination with exposure from a Shared Services Centre environment or an agency would be beneficial

•Recruitment experience on challenging high level positions as well as operative positions

• Logistics industry experience is strongly desired

• Experience Recruiting on a Regional Level is required

• Excellent English skills

• Candidate-centric mindset

• Understanding of the importance of a strong employer brand in recruitment

• Track record in implementing Diversity & Inclusion at the core of Talent Acquisition & Attraction initiatives/ projects

• Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results

• Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and candidates
