About the role

This role plays a critical part in enabling our operations by ensuring timely and efficient hiring of frontline workforce within Contract Logistics. The Talent Acquisition Associate / Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-volume recruitment solutions in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This role will be based in Bulim Avenue, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and People Partners to translate manpower plans into actionable hiring strategies and timelines

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, blue-collar roles

  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, agencies, walk-ins, and community outreach

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability including physical requirements, shift flexibility, and role fit

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and manage pre-employment documentation

  • Track onboarding progress to minimize no-shows and drop-offs

  • Ensure accuracy in recruitment systems and compliance with governance processes

  • Provide recruitment reporting and insights on hiring progress and trends

  • Drive continuous improvement through LEAN practices

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably high-volume or blue-collar hiring) in Singapore market

  • Experience in logistics or warehousing environments preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong execution skills

  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with recruitment systems
