About the role
This full-time Supervisor - Inventory role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and oversee the company's inventory management operations. As a key member of the warehousing, storage and distribution team, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and accurate inventory control processes.

What you'll be doing

Timely monitor all inventory stock movements reporting in WMS and maintain high quality of WHS data integrity in accordance to SOP

  • Consolidate all inventory variance reports from DC operations and verify/reconciliate the stock balance variances reported by the principle with internal WMS

  • Organize daily cycle count and annual stock take under predefined criteria; report to the DC management and the principle on regular basis

  • Handle stock adjustment through proper authorization agreed with the principle

  • Produce regular reports on inventory accuracy in receipt, picking and stock rotation control and QCP results analysis

  • Review inventory SOP with the principle and propose areas for enhancement, if any

  • Set up review structure for aged inventory with the principle to enable efficient stock turn for better DC space utilization

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues and facilitate seamless material handling

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management role in contract logistics environment; preference will be given to candidates who have vertical exposures to Fashion & lifestyle, retails and FMCG

  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers, teamwork orientation and able to communicate with people at all levels.

  • Energetic, out-going, resulted oriented attributes

  • Good command of spoken and written English
