About the Role
Your contribution includes performing initial troubleshooting and handling incidents and requests efficiently. You’ll take ownership and use your strong collaboration skills to help ensure smooth business operations. This role is fully based onsite in our Copenhagen offices at Esplanaden and Nordhavn.
Key Responsibilities
Provide face-to-face IT support to end users in the Copenhagen office, handling hardware and software incidents and requests in line with defined processes and business priorities.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, and offer proactive guidance to users on system functionality.
Collaborate with second-line support and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently, while keeping users informed of progress.
Share knowledge and contribute to team-wide best practices and process improvements.
Proactively manage your own learning and stay current in your area of responsibility to support continuous improvement and professional growth
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated and professional IT Support Assistant with a proactive mindset and strong understanding of IT and business needs. Our environment is fast-paced, and we value responsiveness, quality, and a user-focused approach. You come with an interest in working with both IT hardware and software and approach your work . In addition to that, you are:
Experienced in IT support.
Familiarity with end-user systems such as Microsoft and Apple products, iOS and Android devices, meeting room technologies, O365, development tools, and other software.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Committed to enhancing the end-user experience with strong customer service skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of networking and experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
