Job Title: Senior Project Analyst – Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and reporting. The role focuses on driving data accuracy, reporting excellence, and supporting end-to-end project execution within Oracle ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be a data and reporting champion, capable of extracting insights, identifying process gaps, and enabling effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Superuser across key domains such as LTA, OTC, S2P Invoicing, and Data & Reporting.
• Drive data quality and governance for Customer/Vendor master data and standard material codes.
• Design, generate, and analyze reports using Oracle Fusion tools, especially OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solution-oriented improvements.
• Support end-to-end (E2E) process understanding, including process mapping and creation of SOPs/IOPs.
• Lead and support project activities including data preparation, testing, parallel runs, and deployment within Oracle TMS.
• Perform testing of E2E process flows, data flows, reporting capabilities, and control effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights by analyzing reporting data and highlighting process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with KPIs.
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide feedback to enhance user, process, and customer experience.
• Deliver timely and accurate updates on project and process performance to leadership.
• Train, guide, and coach team members; may also manage a small team or mentor junior colleagues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, especially OTBI reporting.
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Good understanding of Oracle TMS (OTM) – preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI features within Oracle for enhanced reporting and insights.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in project execution, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Oracle configuration.
• Exposure to end-to-end supply chain or finance processes.
