With the resources and scale at our disposal, we're committed to achieving net zero operations by 2040, a full decade ahead of previous targets. Our mission is to help decarbonize global supply chains end-to-end.

By joining us, you’ll be working at the forefront of the energy transition in shipping and logistics, shaping a future-proof platform that drives real-world impact now and well into 2040.

Role Summary

  • Collaborate with Business Platform Owners (BPOs), Functional Platform Owners (FPOs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Global Product Leads (GPLs)

  • Define product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals

You’ll work with an agile engineering team using modern practices like pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous delivery, and technologies such as the Elixir programming language and data mesh architectures.

About You

You are someone who:

  • Thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and brings clarity to chaos

  • Can bridge the gap between business, technology, and data

  • Commands both subject matter expertise and technical fluency in presentations

  • Is deeply passionate about delivering impact through scalable products

  • Maintains professionalism under pressure and meets tight deadlines

  • Is collaborative, detail-oriented, and energized by team success

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or a technical field

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or product development in a high-performance, regulated industry (e.g., banking, energy trading)

  • Proven experience managing full product lifecycles within agile or XP frameworks

  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience influencing strategic product decisions and managing complex roadmaps

  • Familiarity with energy efficiency, decarbonization, or climate impact methodologies

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to undefined spaces

  • Strong technical understanding of relevant platform technologies

  • Data-driven mindset with focus on KPIs, insights, and measurable outcomes

  • Skilled in managing product documentation and updates for stakeholders at all levels (e.g., C-suite, executive reviews, AOPs)
