Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
- Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
- Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
- Identify automation opportunities across processes.
Accountabilities:
- CI strategy development, implementation & maturity tracking.
- Process Quality ownership & skills gap identification.
- Project and change management support (GSC, Product, Global levels).
- Resource planning
- Risk mitigation through audit frameworks design and enablement
- Quality culture custodian
- Identify Opportunities for Process improvements through Automations
Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields.
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects from planning through execution.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think across functions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.
