Key responsibilities:

1. Pro-actively seek and approach target customers, build connections and follow up on potential opportunities.

2. Communicate with customers to understand their business and work with solution team to design proper solution.

3. Work with department head to design an efficient BD process.

4. Organize RFP / RFI responses.

5. Conduct post bidding analysis and provide the department head with input on BD strategy matters in light of findings.

6. Contract negotiation with customers.

7. Communicate with operation / implementation team to hand over the solution after business awarded.

8. Support Branding, Marketing activities and investigate market trend, industry trend.

9. Take responsibility in some projects as assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Who we are looking for :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in in-country logistics industry (3PL is preferred), with track record of winning.

3. Outstanding communication and influencing skills.

4. Preferably being familiar with industries of Apparel & Footwear, Consumables, Technology, Foods & Beverage, Personal Care and Cosmetics.

5. Strong skills of presentation and negotiation.

6. Strategic thinking.

7. Customer orientation

8. Innovation

9. Multi-task handling capability

10. Can work under pressure.

11. Excellent English.
