Job Summary:

The Senior Executive – QSR Operations will oversee daily domestic warehouse activities, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused operations. The role requires strong experience in QSR/ E-commerce, temperature-controlled supply chains, and inventory management, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer SLAs and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Monitor temperature integrity for all inbound and outbound QSR products.
• Manage end-to-end domestic warehouse operations, including inventory movement and shift supervision.
• Drive process improvements, productivity, and strict adherence to SOPs and HSSE standards.
• Maintain safe, hygienic, and compliant warehouse conditions.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure effective inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, bin audits, and accurate replenishments.
• Analyse operational data to improve system performance and reduce errors.
• Maintain zero discrepancies in receiving and dispatch.

Customer Management

• Act as the primary contact for customers on operational matters.
• Implement and monitor customer SLAs and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Support customer reviews and provide operational insights and costing when required.

Infrastructure & Resource Management

• Manage facility assets, equipment, and MHE allocation based on workload.
• Oversee housekeeping and waste disposal in coordination with HSSE/Legal/Commercial teams.

Cost & Productivity Management

• Monitor and control Opex/Capex related to domestic DC operations.
• Benchmark productivity and optimise utilization of manpower, equipment, and space.
• Support budgeting and operational planning.

Compliance, Audit & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, food safety norms, and customer requirements.
• Drive audit readiness and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture with zero compromise on HSSE standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Zero errors in receiving, dispatch, and inventory reconciliation.
• Consistent achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs.
• High customer satisfaction with minimal complaints.
• Zero non-compliance issues and strong audit performance.
• No safety incidents and adherence to HSSE protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any field .
• 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with minimum 5 years in QSR/ E-commerce .
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory management, temperature-controlled logistics, and food safety.
• Proficient in IT systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and team leadership. e.
