Senior Business Development – Contract Logistics (Chinese Speaking)

Job Description

Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and
performance of a small customer portfolio.

📍 Location: 9th Floor – Tower 1, Capital Place, 29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Opportunity Management
• Drive new business opportunities for Contract Logistics & Fulfilment products.
• Work with Solution team on pricing and ensure required approvals.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes end-to-end; deliver competitive and on-time proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure alignment with Maersk CL global standards.
• Simplify product solutions for sales teams and customers.
• Support sales initiatives (leads, trade shows, meetings) and deliver product presentations.
• Provide quick and accurate solutions for both internal stakeholders and customers.
Centre of Excellence – Fulfilment Products
• Serve as product expert/consultant for both customers & internal teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, act as customer voice to the CL product organization.
• Promote understanding and adoption of CL/Fulfilment products within the organization.

🎓 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or commercial roles.
• Fluency in English & Chinese (spoken & written).
• Strong understanding of solution-based commercial sales.
• Solid financial & pricing acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong cross-cultural communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities.
• Willing to travel; willing to live near the office or relocate.
