Purpose of the Role

The Integrated Sales is responsible for driving profitable growth across Maersk’s Integrated Logistics portfolio with a primary focus on Contract Logistics, and/or Airfreight, Project Logistics. This role manages the potential sale of products and services to customers to generate revenue against a forecasted quota, ensuring full execution of Maersk’s Sales & Business Management process. The colleague works independently within set guidelines and applies technical and commercial knowledge to design solutions and influence tactical customer decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Geography

- Acquire and secure new integrated logistics customers across Ocean and AIR transportation, Contract Logistics, Land side transportation, and Project Logistics.

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline; ensure accurate forecasting and adherence to sales governance.

- Lead RFQ preparation, solution design, value propositions, customer presentations, and cross-functional coordination with Product and Operations teams.

- Build strong senior-level relationships with customers, enabling long-term engagement and multi-product penetration.

- Conduct customer business reviews and demonstrate Maersk’s competitive advantages.

- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure operational feasibility and commercial governance.

Accountability

- Deliver integrated logistics revenue and new business wins aligned with the business plan.

- Build strong relationships with controlled customers and key external stakeholders.

- Understand customer supply chain needs and develop solutions that address their logistics challenges.

- Drive continuous improvement opportunities and ensure sales excellence.

- Support integrated product development for Taiwan market needs.

- Ground freight/First Mile Product Team

- Project Logistics Team

- Customer Service and Operations Teams

Primary External Stakeholders

- Sizeable direct customers with local logistics decision power

Required Experience & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; logistics or supply chain specialization preferred.

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in integrated logistics or freight forwarding.

- Strong understanding of Contract Logistics, Airfreight, LCL, First Mile, or Project Logistics.

- Strong communication skills in English and local language.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Strong customer engagement, negotiation capability, and solution-selling skills.

Criteria for Success

- Achievement of revenue targets and new business wins across integrated logistics products.

- Strong pipeline management and forecast accuracy.

- Effective collaboration across internal functions.

- High customer satisfaction and strong relationship development.

- Compliance with commercial, operational, and governance standards.
