Role Purpose
The Security & Business Continuity Partner safeguards personnel, assets, and operations across Philippine facilities—including warehouses, depots, offices, and transport operations. The role integrates physical security, loss prevention, incident response, and business continuity to ensure a secure and resilient operating environment. Responsibilities include driving compliance with security standards, conducting risk assessments, leading investigations, and coordinating with authorities and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations
Provide S&BCM leadership across the sites/locations, local S&R communities, business leaders and customers (Incl. KCMs).
Conduct Security Gemba through regular Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) for warehouses, depots, and prospective sites.
Rollout S&BCM standardization, management framework through the Implementation of external regulations (TAPA, C-TPAT, IATA, AEO, etc) to be implemented and adhered to including the initiative for high value asset management.
Lead and monitor S&BCM execution including the test and initiatives for improved and Loss Prevention.
Support management system of the company such as but not limited to ISO9001 / OHSAS18001 / ISO14001 / ISO27001, etc;
Incident Response & Investigation
Respond to critical incidents (theft, loss, disasters, civil disturbances) and coordinate recovery actions.
Lead and support investigations, working with site teams to gather information.
Liaise with law enforcement, customs, and other agencies as necessary.
Business Continuity & Crisis Management
Implement BCM frameworks including BIA, BCP, simulations, and crisis team activation.
Track BCM KPIs, BCM documentation readiness metrics and emergency response capabilities through the conducting of BCP Table-Top for identified critical sites.
Compliance, Reporting & Governance
Develop, maintain and enforce security policies, SOPs, and post instructions.
Centralize security communications, reporting, and risk analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure operational compliance, audit readiness, and execution of corrective actions.
Training & Awareness
Deliver training on emergency procedures, security systems, investigations, and BCM awareness.
Maintain updated training plans and routinely assess knowledge retention
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with operations, EHS, facilities, HR, procurement, and finance teams.
Align site operations with customer and principal security requirements including improvements through security automation recommendations.
Maintain active relationships with third‑party vendors and government authorities.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent security operations experience accepted.
5–7 years of experience in corporate security, logistics security, or loss prevention.
Experience in FMCG, logistics, warehousing, or multinational operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of physical security systems, investigations, SRAs, TAPA, and ISO compliance.
Strong leadership and vendor management skills
