
Job Description
Manage and develop commercial relationships with medium and large customers, driving growth in share of wallet across Ocean and Logistics & Services (LnS) solutions. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Manage assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business
in line with the business objectives.
Probe and identify customer needs and provides solutions.
Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
Research and understands the territory to identify and establish
business contacts with potential customers.
Research and analyses competitive and industry trends.
Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
Responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Economic / Foreign Trade/ Maritime or similar is preferred.
Advanced English proficiency (Desirable).
At least 5 years of experience in logistics sales is required.
Experience in the Technology and Automotive verticals is a plus.
Logistics financial acumen.
Proven track record in assessing customer needs, developing, and selling logistics solutions.
Negotiation skills by adopting value selling approach.
Sales performance management skills.
Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
Organizational and Time management skills.
Leadership Skills.
Initiative, persuasive and proactive.
Customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and collaboration.
Strong communication and negotiation, especially presentation skills.
