  • Develop structured customer and market opportunity pipelines.
  • Enable commercial teams with relevant product propositions, customer insights, capability material, and value cases.
  • Support the development of scalable network-selling models and repeatable commercial plays.
  • Track opportunity progress, conversion performance, and barriers requiring regional intervention.

3. Customer Profitability and Value Creation

  • Conduct customer-level revenue, gross profit, cost-to-serve, and profitability analysis.
  • Identify financial leakage, margin risks, and structural performance gaps.
  • Facilitate regular customer profitability discussions with commercial, customer experience, operations, and finance teams.
  • Develop and drive corrective actions for underperforming accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, value-added services, scope expansion, and product penetration.
  • Partner with Customer Program Managers, Lead Customer Managers, sales teams, and network stakeholders to convert identified opportunities.
  • Lead or support value-generation initiatives across the customer portfolio.
  • Establish mechanisms to measure the financial and customer impact of value-creation initiatives.

4. Financial Performance Management

  • Support the regional financial management and governance of the Lead Logistics portfolio.
  • Monitor revenue, gross profit, margins, cost performance, and other relevant financial health indicators.
  • Partner with Finance to improve transparency, accuracy, and accountability in customer and product financial performance.
  • Support monthly performance management and forecasting processes.
  • Identify material financial variances and ensure that root causes and recovery actions are clearly defined.
  • Drive improvements in financial hygiene, data quality, and performance reporting.
  • Support the development of business cases for growth, transformation, and capability investments.

5. Operational and Product Performance

  • Support the transformation and continuous improvement of operational capabilities, including consolidation operations.
  • Partner with Operations and Procurement to improve service quality, productivity, supplier performance, and cost competitiveness.
  • Identify systemic operational issues and drive structured root-cause resolution.
  • Support the development and implementation of consistent operating standards and ways of working.
  • Contribute to product-market fit assessments, service-model design, and operational scalability.
  • Monitor productivity and operational performance metrics and coordinate improvement interventions.
  • Ensure operational initiatives are aligned with customer requirements and product strategy.

6. Product Capabilities and Systems Adoption

  • Act as a regional focal point for selected technology platforms, product applications, or user communities.

  • Support user engagement, implementation, change management, and adoption tracking.
  • Identify capability gaps and coordinate improvement priorities.
  • Develop regional product and systems expertise through structured knowledge sharing and capability-building activities.
  • Promote standardization and reduce reliance on local or manual solutions where scalable product capabilities are available.

7. Strategic Projects and Product Initiatives

  • Represent the region in Center led product-development and capability programs.
  • Translate global product priorities into regional execution plans.
