Here’s the Deal:

As a Regional Process Execution Lead for Accounting to Report (ATR), you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence across a multi-country cluster. Reporting directly to the Global Process Execution Lead for ATR, you will be accountable for delivering all ATR KPIs, timely closure of books, and compliance with IFRS standards.

You’ll manage Accounting Managers and their teams, coach them for success, and engage with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Managers, and Country leadership to align on financial objectives and drive strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Govern: Drive ATR process execution across the region, ensuring compliance with global standards and timely financial reporting.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with CFOs, Finance Managers, and Country leadership to influence decisions and resolve complex issues.

  • Team Development: Manage and coach Accounting Managers, fostering leadership growth and a culture of accountability.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate closure of books, adherence to IFRS, and publication of true and fair financial statements.

  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, manage day-to-day decisions, and continuously improve processes.

The Basics:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred).

  • Experience: 7–10 years of leadership experience, including managing leaders in finance and accounting.

  • Technical Skills: IFRS, Onestream (SAP and advanced Excel preferred).

  • Languages: Must have an Advanced level of English
