Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in accounting and reporting processes through standardization, clear documentation (SOPs), and disciplined issue resolution
• Benefit from structured monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles that promote predictability and sustainable work‑life balance
• Develop deep expertise in management accounting, OneStream reporting, and balance sheet governance within a high‑quality finance operating model
• Strengthen professional growth through regular collaboration with business partners and exposure to stakeholder management and, where applicable, team leadership

What We Are Looking For:

• Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day
• Hold a master’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, or a closely related field
• Bring strong hands‑on experience in ATR accounting within a structured and deadline‑driven finance environment
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of local Moroccan GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Show strong finance ERP process awareness; prior experience working with SAP is an advantage
• Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset
