
Job Description
Drives financial performance in an organizational area by providing
leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business
performance and implementation of strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean Operations, providing Analysis on financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders
Experience / Qualifications:
- MBA-Finance
- 8-10 years of overall experience and 5+ years in FPNA.
- Experience of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting process
- Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, BI/BW, Power BI
- End-to-end ownership and accountability - taking initiative, not waiting for direction.
- Strong stakeholder communication - staying proactive and solution-oriented even when things get messy.
- Resilience under pressure - especially during close cycles and flash discussions.
- Openness to feedback and adaptability - able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Alignment with COE values - collaboration, transparency, and performance storytelling in everything they do.
