What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

Over 18 months, you'll rotate through key business areas — and nothing will be "just shadowing." You’ll:

Help run real logistics operations and customer projects
Solve supply chain challenges alongside experienced teams
Work directly with customers and partners across Regions
Complete a tailored training program
Be supported by mentors, buddies, and your learning team

Who We’re Looking For:

You're curious. Driven. Open to challenge. Ready to grow. Ideally, you:

✔️ Hold (or are finishing) a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
✔️ Have up to 2 years of work experience
✔️ Speak Czech + English fluently
✔️ Can work in Czechia without needing a visa
