Key responsibilities

The Customer Experience Agent is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire customer experience journey for clients within their assigned portfolio. This includes proactively monitoring and managing the complete shipment process, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and making certain that cargo is delivered as promised, while keeping customers informed of any relevant changes or delays. As well building relationships with the customers and understanding their business drivers should be leveraged to continuously improve coordination and process to the mutual benefit of the customer and Maersk. The role requires close collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the process of delivery.


In addition to:

• Actively build strong relationships with assigned customers. Gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires through everyday phone/mail contact and regular customer visits.

• Take full ownership of the shipment process, coordinating deliveries and loadings with a special focus on rail and truck transport arrangements, working closely with the internal intermodal team.

• Stay informed about changes in local and international regulations, internal and external procedures, and product developments. Develop a thorough understanding of the cargo you're managing, including its specific setting and requirements.
• Take ownership of reaching common team goals and KPI targets, and actively support team priorities.
• Continuously improve both soft and technical skills to provide world-class customer experience.
• Actively seek out and implement continuous improvement opportunities, both for customers and across internal and external stakeholders.


We are looking for:

• Candidate with fluent English and Slovak or Czech native speaker, both written and spoken (any additional language is benefit).

• Has basic knowledge of shipping/transportation business, or eager and willing to learn quickly
• Job suitable for graduate.

• Customer centric approach, as a key requirement.

• Well organized person.
• Real team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Has strong problem-solving abilities, ready to handle complex situations.

• Healthy drive for personal development.

• Communicates effectively and professionally, with excellent interpretational skills.
