Job Description
Purpose of the role
Drive strategic objectives by ensuring projects & initiatives are prioritised , implemented and delivered on time while meeting quality standards and budget constraints. The role ensures aligned efforts towards whatever the project outcome is ensuring change management and adoption. Supports decision making of business objectives through key preparation and planning of all enablement initiatives.
Responsible
•Project selection, prioritisation funneling and planning per the Global and Regional targets•Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation. •Works with stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects. •Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting business objectives. •Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks. Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management. Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.••Supports on the maintenance of overall business plan (Regional priorities roadmap)•Drives change management and support transformation communication plans and supports post BAU adoption•Preparation of decision materials for key stakeholders including presentation where applicable•Embeds Operating system
