Stillstrom is looking for a hands-on early-stage company Procurement Manager to become part of a revolutionary ocean cleantech journey. Stillstrom has embarked on an exciting journey to help decarbonise the maritime industry and build towards a clean ocean future.
We are at an exciting stage with a heavy focus on deploying core products. We work closely with the market and our end users both in offshore wind farms, and with vessel owners directly to charge all-electric vessels or power idle anchoring vessels.
As our Procurement Manager you will play a key role in this journey. You will harvest commercial synergies through safe and reliable supplies in right quality, timely deliveries and structure favourable commercial contracts and conditions that ensure commercial viability. Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand and deliver Client requirements, managing internal and external costs to deliver goods and services in line with pre-agreed budgets and forecasts, and managing contracts in the execution phase.
As part of a young Procurement department, you will play an active role in the development and growth of the function, assist on designing lean and scalable processes, crafting category and sourcing strategies, and nurturing strategic supplier partnerships. With an emphasis on cost efficiency and adaptability, you will help ensure that our contract strategies are not only optimized for our current needs but also well prepared to support our ambitious growth plans. You can expect some travelling in this role.
This is an exciting role in an early-stage venture company owned by A.P. Moller Maersk with a dynamic and international team of approx. 30 colleagues. The position will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain & Procurement and is based in Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities
Create, facilitate and implement procurement solutions in line with business and specific project plans.
Build strategic relationships with suppliers and negotiate agreements that allow for flexibility and scalability, encouraging collaboration and innovation to meet evolving demands.
Build out the supply chain in core product categories, including assessment and prequalification of new suppliers.
Enable improvements through in-depth understanding of the organizations core processes, including development, documentation, and training.
Manage individual workstreams independently while ensuring that deliverables are met under agreed timelines, internally and externally.
Deliver insights and solutions – ensure delivery and that contractual commitments are met through robust contract management processes.
Foster cross functional collaboration across departments, particularly product development, project management, commercial, legal and finance.
Assisting in producing regular progress reports on workscopes including commercial and schedule performance.
What we look for

Dynamic profile with an interest to be part of an early-stage company
Solid experience from relevant positions within procurement and/or supply chain management. Broad exposure to different procurement disciplines (e.g., sourcing, contract management, category management, operational procurement) is a plus.
Solid procurement experience in projects, setting up and managing contracts.
Exposure and understanding of the offshore industry.
Strong communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
Experience from developer companies and/or with mechanical/electrical equipment is a plus.
Speak and write fluent English.
