Job Description

Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

You are responsible for:

Owning all SCM Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.

All file management activities post booking.

Documentation.

System Updates. Operational finance.

Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.

Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exception handling.

Requirement:

Qualification - Any Graduate with minimum1 year of required experience.

Good communication skills.

Flexible to work with all 3 shifts General/EU/US (Mon-Fri)
