About the Role

As a Subject Matter Expert in the Finance Platform, you’ll contribute to Maersk’s global transformation journey. This program introduces a unified, standardized finance system with SAP S/4HANA at its core, supporting our vision to become the Global Integrator of Container Logistics.

You’ll take on the role of Product Owner, guiding the development of reliable and consistent financial reporting tools. Your work will directly influence how data is used across Maersk to drive better decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Translate business needs into solutions that deliver real value through financial reporting and analytics.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and end-users to co-create new tools and improve existing ones.

• Promote learning and adoption of new systems through communication, training, and ongoing support.

• Lead or contribute to all phases of the product lifecycle including:

  • Requirement gathering, scoping, prioritization

  • Testing and user acceptance

  • Implementation and support

• Act as a change ambassador, helping teams embrace new ways of working and thinking.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference—both in their work and in how they work with others.

Experience & Skills

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar; or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Controlling, FP&A, FBP, or in large-scale digital/ERP implementation.

• 5+ years working with financial reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau).

• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BW, or BW/4HANA is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Curious, collaborative, and open to learning
