Requirement:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Reporting, Visibility & Analytics to own and evolve critical customer-facing and internal analytics capabilities within our Supply Chain Platform.

This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, data, and operations. You will be accountable not just for building dashboards—but for ensuring trust, usability, governance, and adoption of reporting products that power decision-making across global supply chains.

This is a highly stakeholder-facing role requiring strong customer engagement, program ownership, and the ability to manage complex delivery across multiple teams and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for reporting, visibility, and analytics capabilities across the SCP ecosystem.
  • Translate customer problems and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting products with a strong focus on usability, performance, and value realization.
  • Balance long-term platform strategy with short-term customer and operational commitments.

🔹 Customer & Stakeholder Management (Core to the Role)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders on reporting and analytics topics.
  • Lead discovery sessions with customers, regional teams, operations, and leadership to understand reporting needs, gaps, and priorities.
  • Manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and provide clear updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior internal leaders by providing transparency on delivery status, risks, and outcomes.

🔹 Data Quality, Governance & Reliability

  • Champion data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting products.
  • Partner with data engineering and platform teams to improve automation, metadata management, and data pipelines.
  • Set standards for definitions, metrics, and reporting structures to ensure one version of the truth.
  • Respond decisively to data quality issues impacting customers or operations.

🔹 Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with engineers, analysts, designers, and architects to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
  • Provide clear acceptance criteria, prioritize effectively, and unblock teams when challenges arise.
  • Support adoption and change management by ensuring reporting products are intuitive, documented, and actionable.

Technical Requirement:

  • 7–10 years of experience across product management, analytics, BI, or data platforms.
  • Proven experience owning customer-facing reporting or analytics products in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, including customers, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience running delivery in agile teams and coordinating across multiple workstreams.

Technical & Data Skills

  • Strong hands-on data literacy with experience in:
    • SQL
    • Excel (advanced)
    • BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
  • Understanding of modern data architectures, including:
    • Data pipelines & ETL
    • APIs (REST/Data APIs)
    • Metadata and governance concepts
  • Exposure to Python and AI-enabled analytics products is a strong plus.

Ways of Working

  • Excellent communicator—clear, structured, and confident with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and operational pressure.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a customer-first, service-oriented approach.
  • Able to influence without formal authority and align diverse teams behind shared outcomes.
