and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

MPL Operations Agent

This position is a temporary maternity cover until about 28th of Feb 2027.

Key responsibilities

As an operations agent, you will be a part of a larger team of 200 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics product, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers.

Together with the Project team you will support designing tailor-made logistics solutions and coordinate projects for our customers.

You will be engaged in many aspects of the project forwarding industry including:

• Customer service, documentation and invoicing.
• Solution design
• Executing transport and project logistics solutions globally
• Procuring and evaluating offers from sub-contractors
• Daily contact with customers and suppliers for execution of projects

To be successful in this role we believe you bring the following:

Experience in forwarding and project logistics, specifically experience working on oversized and heavy cargo including but not limited to:

• Operating end to end solutions for oversized and heavy cargo, covering ocean, land & rail transports.
• Operational work includes but is not limited out of gauge/break Bulk on container vessels, heavy lift break bulk vesses, RoRo and oversized land and rail transportation.
• Experience in logistics project management.
• Experience in procuring, pricing and quoting end to end solutions to customers.
• Knowledge of the project industry and customer base in Finland
• Fluency in Finnish and English
