As a Master Data Management Operator, you’ll play a vital part in our success. You will drive the alignment and synchronization of Maersk and Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) master data systems and processes within CargoWise; support MPL operational teams with master data requests and solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for entering, maintaining, and monitoring global master data into MPL Cargowise according to country and global standards/specifications.

  • Provide support and follow-up on team requests regarding customer and vendor creation within Maersk master data environments.

  • Drive initiatives to improve data cleanliness and synchronization in CargoWise (ex S4HANA and CMD).

  • Own and maintain quarterly compliance controls within ARCHER.

  • Identify improvement areas for master data management and handling.

We are looking for:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience working in CargoWise.

  • Highly structured and analytical.

  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management.

  • English proficiency (written and spoken).
