Purpose of the role

The Control Tower team member will be responsible. The role focuses on providing end-to-end visibility, driving continuous improvement, enhancing customer experience, and implementing automation and digital solutions to improve data quality and service delivery.

You will be Responsible for

• Providing the right level of visibility to customers and internal/external stakeholders by ensuring effective shipment tracking, proactive delay monitoring, and governance across Maersk service offerings.
• Tracking and tracing shipment milestones throughout the entire shipment lifecycle to ensure timely updates and operational transparency.
• Monitoring shipments proactively and identifying shipments at risk by issuing predictive service alerts to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Preparing customer reports, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other business review reports.
• Preparing invoicing reports in accordance with customer-specific formats and business requirements.
• Maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity to support customer reporting, operational governance, and business decision-making.
• Handling customer queries and operational concerns received through dedicated email channels and hotline support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Reviewing end-to-end operational processes to identify shipment delays, collaborating with business teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Aligning with business teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring service issues and developing action plans to improve operational performance and customer experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Min 3-5 years of experience in LCL forwarding business.
• Strong Data analytics skills, experience with coding will be added advantage.
