
Job Description
We are looking for an MCS FinOps Associate to join our team and support financial operations activities across our Customs Services business. This role is ideal for candidates with a finance or accounting background who are looking to build their career in a global, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will perform operational and administrative finance activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day financial operations activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Process, validate, and maintain financial transactions and records with a high level of accuracy.
Support invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and accounts-related activities.
Monitor financial data and identify discrepancies, escalating issues when required.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and operational guidelines.
Prepare reports, documentation, and financial summaries as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and financial queries.
Support month-end closing activities and other finance-related processes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
0–2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and business operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or academic project experience related to finance, accounting, or business operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems or financial platforms is an advantage.
Experience in shared services, finance operations, or administrative support functions is beneficial but not required.
