Requirements

Certifications such as NEN 3140, VCA, BHV, and PLC or SAP experience are nice-to-have.
Skills & Responsibilities
Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair technical faults and breakdowns across warehouse equipment and building systems.
Preventive maintenance: Execute planned maintenance schedules to keep technical installations in top condition.
Safety and coordination: Support external service providers and uphold strict food safety and workplace safety standards.
System management: Inspect equipment and report maintenance activities accurately.
Potential transition routes: People from manufacturing, field service, or general facility maintenance roles may bring mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, alongside meeting the technical and safety requirements.

As an All-Round Maintenance Technician, you'll carry out maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, technical installations, and building systems. No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with colleagues and specialist contractors to keep the site operating smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Carry out planned preventive maintenance on equipment and installations.
Troubleshoot and repair technical faults and breakdowns.
Inspect equipment and report maintenance activities.
Support and coordinate external service providers working on site.
Help maintain a safe working environment and follow food safety standards.
Participate in an on-call rota when required.
What We're Looking For
Technical education (MBO level or equivalent) or relevant technical work experience.
Experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or a similar technical environment.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and solve problems practically.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Safety-focused mindset.
Able to communicate in English, Dutch is a plus
Nice to Have (Not Essential)

NEN 3140 certification.
VCA certification.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
Experience using maintenance systems such as SAP PM or Ultimo.
BHV certification.
Forklift or MEWP licence.
