Lead Logistics FinOps & PC Specialist

1. Industry & Business Background

• Experience in export trading, international trade, or factory export operations.
• Familiar with export documentation processes and related operations, including but not limited to Commercial Invoices (CI), Packing Lists (PL), Bills of Lading (BL/SWB), and other shipping documents.
• Experience with ERP, SAP, or other supply chain management systems.

2. Supply Chain Industry Knowledge

• Background in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or related industries.
• Basic understanding of supply chain operations, with the ability to quickly grasp business processes and work independently.
• Experience in Customer Service, Documentation, or import/export operations is preferred.

3. Communication Skills

• Strong customer communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in written English communication for daily business correspondence.
• Able to communicate with overseas customers in English via phone calls or meetings when required.

4. Personal Attributes

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

5. Language Skills

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily international business communication.

6. Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
• Experience working with customers or factories in Hong Kong and South China is preferred.
• Familiarity with international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management operations is preferred.
