LCL Operation Intern (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting invoices and vessel departure arrivals requested by customers into customer systems

• Ensuring that invoices are created by adding relevant PO tracking numbers

• Providing system updates by tracking vessel departure and arrival dates

• Ensuring that the necessary file openings and information for the export team are processed into the system.

• Preparation of BL for export teams via the system

• Handling necessary system updates for the import team and informing our customers about the updates.

• Supporting import team in registration process management.

We are looking for:

• New grads open to internship opportunities / 4th year Undergraduate degree students available 5 days a week for a duration of 6 months
• Agility & capability to multitask
• Attention to details
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Active competence is required for presentations and reports to management team )
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Located at İstanbul
