Als Key-User betreuen Sie das vorhandene Warehouse Management System an unseren beiden Lagerstandorten in Hamburg. Ihre Rolle konzentriert sich auf die Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen und die Implementierung effektiver Lösungen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des WMS-Systems. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner bei Problemen und Fehlern im Tagesgeschäft.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten, Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

• Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden WMS-Systems
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei Planung und Durchführung von Systemoptimierungen
• Training der Mitarbeiter in den bestehenden Systemen
• Support im Tagesgeschäft bei auftretenden Problemen und Fehlern

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit WMS Fachabteilung
• Erstellen von Dokumentation und Arbeitsanweisungen

Wen wir suchen:

• Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• (mehrjährige) Erfahrung als Key-User in WMS-System
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Teamorientierte Denkweise
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

As a key user, you will be responsible for the existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our two warehouse locations in Hamburg. Your role focuses on identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in the continuous improvement of the WMS system. You will be the primary contact person for any problems or errors encountered in daily operations.

Main responsibilities, tasks, and activities:

• Analysis and further development of the existing WMS system
• Active participation in the planning and implementation of system optimizations
• Training of employees in the existing systems
• Support in daily operations for any problems and errors that arise
• Close collaboration with the WMS specialist department
• Creation of documentation and work instructions

Who we are looking for:

• Ideally, a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• (Several years) experience as a key user in WMS systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and German
