Key responsabilities:

The role is aimed to assist the Team in charge of Ocean Operations for the East Coast of South America by performing different tasks, such as:

• Pulling data reports from different systems.

• Create, update and share performance reports.

• Provide supervised assistance on updating internal systems.

• Analyze data and propose and implement improvement ideas to be more efficient and effective on the day-to-day activities performed by the team.

We are looking for:

• Student of International Commerce, Port Administration, Nautical Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related to perform its Professional Practice on the Operations Department of a leading Shipping Line.

• Good level of English and good management of Excel is required; advanced level [programming / pivot tables] is a plus.

• Power BI knowledge is also a plus.

• The candidate must have good analytical skills, self-learning abilities and skills for decision making and work under pressure.
