Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the development and generation of comprehensive value propositions, tailored to identified customer needs. Supported by insights from Product Managers, Opportunity Managers, and Execution teams, the aim is to deliver market-differentiated, integrated logistics solutions.

As an Integrated Solutions Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and evolving value propositions tailored to specific customer segments and verticals. By understanding and analyzing customer needs, you will inform strategic decisions that drive the business forward. Your role will involve guiding sales teams to implement effective strategies, ensuring that the solutions you define and create are market-differentiated and stand out in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer, market, and industry data to identify needs, trends, growth opportunities, and supply chain challenges.
  • Engage with customers, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Solutions Partners, and Execution teams to design integrated logistics solutions and value propositions.
  • Develop business cases, commercial proposals, and executive presentations that demonstrate customer value.
  • Design tailored and standardized end-to-end logistics solutions by combining global and local products and services.
  • Assess the operational, commercial, and financial viability of proposed solutions to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Support Sales throughout customer meetings, tenders, negotiations, and complex solution presentations.
  • Define growth strategies for customer segments, industry verticals, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Product teams on service capabilities, pricing strategies, and cost structures.
  • Create customized and scalable solutions to grow existing accounts and win new business.
  • Manage strategic opportunities and drive them through the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates.
  • Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the Integrated Solutions team.
  • Develop customer success stories and reference materials showcasing solution outcomes and business impact.
  • Participate in local, regional, and global solution communities to exchange knowledge and adopt best practices.
  • Identify and develop new value propositions, services, and solutions based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to commercial teams on solution positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategies.

Accountable for:

  • Revenue growth through complex and/or bundle solutions design.
  • Share of wallet expansion through integrated solutions.
  • Profit margin improvement.
  • New value propositions creation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, solution development, commercial management, customer success, or business consulting.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, International Business, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations.
  • Ability to develop strategic solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, including cost analysis and budgeting.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities.
