We are looking for an experienced Front Line Manager, from a warehousing and logistics background to work in our Tamworth site.

We need supervisors to assist the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined outcomes for the site and the customer(s).

In addition to the main duties and responsibilities, we need FLM’s who are proficient in the following key areas:-

• Health and safety

• Security

• Process framework

• Customer engagement

• Resource Planning

• Performance Management

• Continuous Improvement

Technical skills in:

• Microsoft Office

• Employment Law knowledge - Basic

• Experience in Bonded Warehouse Systems – Not essential

• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems

• Operational warehouse Supervision skills

• IOSH Managing Safely

Soft skills:

• Communication and relationship building at all levels (Customer, HMRC, Management, Operations).

• Ability to lead, direct and motivate across all departments.

• People management skills
