Job Description

Finance Controller will be part of HQ ATR team and will work with wide range of stakeholders within and outside the finance and operations organization.



The primary objective of this role is to do Process Impact Assessment (PIA) for Project Gollum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the FPOs from each process domain to ensure that the impact of the change per country has been validated and agreement confirmed prior to the review group meetings.
  • Coordinate with the local area finance managers ensuring that the impact assessment fulfils the requirement to be able to validate the process impact.
  • Align with GPLs on process impact assessments prior to submission to the review groups for milestone 2 approval.
  • Coordination with Tech teams on priority setting for change deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Transition team on needs towards process right placement if any
  • Map as-is and to be process maps incl. control points.
  • Monitor progress and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring no impact on business operations.

Qualification/ Experience/ Skills required:

  • Financial educational background as Post Graduation in Finance or Chartered Accountant.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience
  • Knowledge about financial, accounting and tax systems and processes.
  • Experience of working with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with different levels of stakeholder, both internal and external.
  • Proficiency in analysing and reviewing the data.
  • Flexible, able to work to deadlines and to prioritise effectively.
