Are you ready to turn data into insights that drive decision-making across a global finance organization? We’re looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our centralized reporting team and help build high-quality, sustainable reporting solutions that support both HQ and frontline finance teams.

About the Role

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with other reporting analysts and stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into robust, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel. You will own the full lifecycle of reporting solutions — from requirement gathering through design, data modeling, and development, to deployment and continuous improvement. You will deliver advanced, high-impact reporting solutions while guiding the team in best practices and introducing modern technologies into our reporting landscape.

Key Responsibilities

· End-to-End Report Development

• Own reporting developments end to end, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.

• Lead the design and delivery of advanced Power BI dashboards and data models.

• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures for complex transformations.

• Use Python to automate reporting processes and support advanced analytics.

· Technology and Innovation

• Utilize Databricks, Dremio, and other platforms to build custom queries and reporting logic that strengthen reporting solutions.

• Develop standardized templates and reusable components to scale reporting.

• Introduce and champion new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

· Automation and Maintenance Support

• Support automation of recurring reporting tasks and refresh processes.

• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize reporting and reduce manual effort.

• Ensure all deliverables comply with documentation and governance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, Power Query (M), and DAX. Ability to design scalable data models and enterprise-level reporting solutions.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for building optimized queries, stored procedures, and automation pipelines. Hands-on experience with Databricks, Dremio, and Power Automate.

• Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience mentoring and supporting team members, with familiarity in Agile practices.

• Ability to manage requirements gathering and deliver clear reporting outputs.

• Solid knowledge of financial statements, variance analysis and budgeting/forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in BI/report development.

• Familiarity with agile principles & tools (e.g. JIRA).
