Finance Operations Manager - Supply Chain Management

Key responsibilities

• Own FINOPS execution across Area/Country with GSC partnership, including KPIs and performance visibility
• Define clear end-to-end roles, governance, and execution standards
• Ensure adherence to global FINOPS processes through training and controls
• Lead a high-performing team with a continuous improvement mindset
• Identify process gaps and drive structured improvement initiatives
• Deliver functional training in collaboration with SMEs
• Partner with Sales on upstream compliance (rate cards, contract management)
• Drive performance tracking through dashboards and insights
• Foster innovation and operational excellence
• Attract and develop talent with strong learning plans

We’re looking for

• Strong understanding of accounting principles within a finance operations environment
• Proven analytical capability with ability to identify root causes and solve problems
• Solid business acumen and performance management experience
• Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
• Track record in driving process standardisation and continuous improvement
• Digital mindset with openness to adopting new tools and ways of working
• Collaborative, proactive, and outcome-driven approach
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience
