Job Description

The CHB Execution Agent – CHB Form is preparing all relating document & information to apply for C/O Form with both DFT (Department of Foreign Trade) and Chamber of Commerce with most complete & correct concept.
Minimum 1 years of experience in the field of customs brokerage and also Experience in C/O Form and FTA scheme is a must.
The CHB Execution Agent-CHB FORM will be responsible for resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day operation, and implement practices and quality standards for both DFT (Department of Foreign Trade) and Chamber of Commerce focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare & submit the application and supporting document to DFT, Chamber of Commerce and etc within 1 working day from document readiness.

  • To process for the C/O DFT Form, C/O Chamber submission to the DFT, Chamber of Commerce until approval.

  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure that the C/O Form, C/O Chamber will be applied within time frame required from customer.

  • Follow local Laws and regulations related to the C/O DFT Form, C/O Chamber activities.

  • Prepare customized presentations to identified knowledge needs by customers

  • Attend the Training & Seminar with relating to C/O Form and FTA scheme and stay informed about new regulations.

  • Monitor latest regulation updates and ensure adherence to compliance standards, legal requirements and import/ export control legislation.

  • Analyze, resolve customer issues, handle and appropriately solve incidents such as escalations/ disputes raised by internal or external customers

  • Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external document.

  • Document the knowledge (SOPs and presentations)

We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in customs brokerage service with Customs Broker Service Provider. Experience in C/O Form and FTA scheme is an advantage.

  • Good command of writing & speaking English

  • Well understanding in Export process.
    Service mind, detailed oriented, good communication skills, working with minimum supervision and under pressure, hardworking and self-motivated.
