We are seeking a highly experienced PAM SME with particular experience with Delinea/Thycotic product range to participate in the design, security, optimisation, and governance of our global PAM solution, ensuring it supports our enterprise-scale identity and access management strategy.

Job Purpose/summary
Maersk are expanding the PAM capability to deliver privileged access management services relating to our key PAM tool and business identity related processes. Working with key suppliers, this Individual will help drive service excellence, continuous improvement and optimise where possible, ensuring a fit for purpose service offering in line with our business platform model.
It is vital that the successful candidate for this role is technically experienced and knowledgeable in providing L3 support, including implementing and supporting the Delinea Secret Server Platform and related processes. They should strive to deliver the highest quality service from an end user perspective and be able to work closely with third party suppliers to ensure end to end support is provided in a timely, cost effective and optimal way.
The role will focus on providing technical support as part of a highly motivated, focused team responsible for delivering the specific range of PAM support services to Maersk and will be part of building continuous improvement into the ways of working to optimise the service provided and look at internal processes and interfaces with other internal Maersk systems.
The post demands an enthusiastic, highly technically skilled individual with at least 3-5 5 years’ experience in a similar role. The post holder must have a full range of technical PAM knowledge and experience of implementing, support and service delivery and he or she must be able to communicate to a range of technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and with suppliers.
This individual will need to be able to cover work as part of a team covering 24/7 operations as part of an ongoing shift system.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and develop existing PAM toolsets to maintain and improve capability and functionality.
- Provide expert consultancy to the IT Security & Identity team, other IT teams and developers from the wider business.
- Provide technical oversight of the PAM resources from our service provider to assure quality technical implementations and control operation.
- Support IT incident investigations to minimise impact, resume service, identify root cause and implement steps to avoid recurrence.
- Input to the PAM roadmap and prioritisation to optimise control, service and user experience delivery.
- Support the PAM programme to ensure delivery is in line with Security policies and technical and business requirements.
- Develop, implement, monitor and improve PAM services and processes.
- Identify issues and opportunities to continuously improve PAM services, controls and tooling.
- Work closely with our Agile delivery lead to drive delivery, taking ownership of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the business and IT to advocate PAM controls and to support system owners in improving their compliance.
- Work with the security architect to develop target state architecture and solution designs.
- Document all configurations in scope of the initiative to ensure product longevity, product support stability, as well as developing playbooks and processes to support this.
- This individual will need to be able to cover work for UK core hours and as part of a team covering 24/7 operations as part of an ongoing shift
Technical skills
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry
- Bachelor’s in computer engineering, computer science, or related field
- Detailed hands-on experience of IAM & PAM processes and solutions, preferably Delinea/Thycotic
- Experience of developing and implementing a full set of PAM capabilities and controls necessary for a modern business.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using REST APIs, PowerShell, and related technologies to integrate and optimize PAM solutions
- Experience of working within an Agile project managed delivery
- End to end experience of delivering PAM programmes
- A focus on execution with the ability to work independently and initiating improvements; needs limited guidance from supervisor
- Experience of working with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties and managed service providers to deliver outstanding PAM solutions.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly understand complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- A willingness to speak up and challenge the status quo to proactively help the organisation move forward
- A pragmatic attitude to focus on progress over perfection, iteratively improving security controls and services.

- Very strong skills in representing information and data in a clear and understandable way
- Communication and collaboration skills to articulate, rationalize and document items
- Ability to translate between technical language and business language
- Ability to work and collaborate remotely with other team members across the globe
- Show strong interpersonal skills, competence in the English language, excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Personal profile
- 3-5 years experience within the PAM space preferably Delinea/Thycotic
- Ability to deal with pressure and ambiguity
