Our opportunity
We are looking for our new CX Data Analyst to join ECSA CX Continuous Improvement team.
Main responsibilities
- Support the definition and monitoring of local CX KPIs by developing tools that track performance and correlate with Customer Satisfaction.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to CX leadership.
- Develop automations and digital solutions that enhance the efficiency and reliability of performance management routines.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps, enabling the CX team to proactively act on improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with CX Leaders to co-create tactical plans and tools aimed at improving productivity and customer-felt KPIs.
- Ensure performance management data is accessible, accurate, and aligned with CX priorities.

Experience in performance management routines and KPI tracking.
Strong skills in Power BI and Power Query, including data transformation and report/dashboard development.
Intermediate level in Power Apps to support tool development.
Skills in Excel VBA for automating tasks and handling large datasets.
Strong communication skills to support stakeholder reporting.
English – Advanced.
