We Offer

As our new Customer Success Coordinator, We look at yourself ensuring seamless client experiences by managing training bookings, supporting sales efforts, and strengthening client relationships. This position focuses on assisting with sales support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of training services to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage training bookings: Oversee the scheduling of trainings from sales deals, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with client expectations.

  • Support inside sales efforts: Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and proactively engage with small and direct accounts to drive additional business.

  • Develop existing client relationships: Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships with current clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable training solutions.

  • Assist with sales support: Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support and manage client communications.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction: Serve as the main point of contact for small and direct accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service.

  • Coordinate with internal teams: Liaise with sales, training delivery, BSS and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of training services.

  • Upsell and cross-sell training solutions: Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional Maersk Training services that align with customer needs.

  • Maintain CRM and ADM: Maintain communication logs with customers and the ADM (Administrate) Booking System: Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities and training bookings and event scheduling to ensure transparency, efficiency and accuracy in YTD Revenue.

  • Attend internal meetings and training: Stay informed about new offerings, company updates, and best practices to enhance customer interactions.

  • Attend Customer Meetings : Engaging with clients to understand their needs, discuss solutions, and build strong relationships

We are looking for

We are looking for a person with a Bachelor/Master’s Degree or similar. You may be newly educated but professional experience will be an advantage especially Sales and Business Development. The key point is that you are highly motivated to achieve results and ensure customer retention. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:

  • Must be highly self-driven and result oriented

  • Must have excellent communication skills

  • Experience working in Window Office package

  • Service minded with a high drive

  • A structured way of working, showing attention to detail

  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
